Ingredients

  • 3 large egg
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1 loaf brioche, sliced into 12 slices

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs (3 large), vanilla extract (3 teaspoons), and ground cinnamon (1 1/2 teaspoons). Stir in the milk (3/4 cup) until well combined.
  2. Dip the brioche slices (12) into the egg mixture, turning them to ensure both sides are evenly coated.
  3. Cook the brioche slices on a lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet over medium heat until cooked through and browned on both sides, about per side.
