- 1 cup low-fat plain kefir
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 0.25 cup orange juice
- 1-2 tablespoon fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Combine kefir (1 cup), berries (1 cup), orange juice (1/4 cup), fresh mint (1-2 tablespoons), and honey (1 tablespoon) in a blender.
- Process until smooth. (The smoothies will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 day or in the freezer for up to 3 months.)
